Delivery Information
We aim to despatch all orders placed before 12pm on the same day (Western European Time). If the order is placed after 12pm, goods may not be despatched until the following business day*. Any orders placed on a Friday after 12pm, a Saturday or Sunday, will not be despatched until the next Monday, subject to Bank Holidays.
*business days are Mon-Fri and do not include weekends or bank holidays. Please note that the day after bank holidays are very busy so we cannot guarantee despatch on that day.
(Please note that despatch may close earlier than 12pm due to a high demand in orders. In this instance please be aware that this will cause shipment delays.)
All orders placed via MOOT 4X4 Ltd will be despatched using DHL.
Please note, DHL class some addresses as a *REMOTE AREA* and this will incur a surcharge of £0.35 per kg, subject to a minimum charge of £18.00 per shipment.

Parcels that are sent with DHL are charged at the greater of actual or volumetric weight, so extra charges may be applied at checkout to shipments with large, but light items.
To calculate volumetric weight – LxHxW cm divided by 5000.
Each item that measures over 1.2m in length or over is subject to a £15.00 surcharge i.e. leaf springs/jacks etc.
**Please be aware that for any orders being despatched to Europe or Rest of World, VAT and import charges will NOT be charged at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the buyer.**
